Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StyleMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Age Requirement: StyleMe is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you are not permitted to use StyleMe.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

StyleMe is a personal wardrobe and outfit planning application that allows you to:

• Photograph and catalog your clothing items
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Plan outfits on a monthly calendar
• View weather-based outfit suggestions
• Share outfit collages

The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

StyleMe can be used without creating an account. All wardrobe data, outfits, and preferences are stored locally on your device by default.

If you choose to create an account for cross-device sync or premium features, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account or use the App.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

StyleMe offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan — Up to 20 clothing items and 5 saved outfits. No payment required.
• Premium Plan — Unlimited items and outfits. Billed monthly.
• Pro Plan — All Premium features plus AI-powered background removal and advanced outfit analytics. Billed monthly.
• Pro Yearly Plan — All Pro features at a discounted annual rate. Billed once per year.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's App Store account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the App Store's refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StyleMe only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App if you violate these acceptable use requirements.

6. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create within StyleMe, including photos of your clothing items, outfit combinations, and calendar plans. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features (e.g., AI background removal).

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

We do not claim ownership of your personal wardrobe data.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and all other content created by StyleMe, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless applicable law prohibits these restrictions.

8. AI Features and Background Removal

StyleMe's AI-powered background removal feature processes your clothing photos on our secure servers. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Your photo is temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing
• The photo is deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete
• The quality of background removal may vary depending on the photo
• We do not guarantee perfect results and are not liable for any imperfections in the processed image

This feature requires an active internet connection and is available on Pro and Pro Yearly plans.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEME AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You may stop using the App at any time. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
